Romanian retail projects developer Cometex, part of the Altex Group, said on Wednesday that it has inaugurated a retail park in the eastern city of Bacau, following an investment of over 16 million euro ($18.7 million).

Croatian professional audio-video equipment supplier AVITEH said on Wednesday it has opened its own business centre in Zagreb, following a 2.0 million euro ($2.3 million) investment.

SPAR Albania, owned by Kosovo's supermarket chain operator Viva Fresh Group, has started operations at its second logistics centre, located in Tirana, said Viva Fresh's chief supply chain officer, Blin Rexhepi.

North Macedonia's Tehnokomerc, a retailer of car spare parts, tires, batteries, construction machines and hydraulic hoses, said on Friday it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 50 denars ($0.95/0.81 euro) per share for 2025, same as the year before.
