Romania’s consumer prices increased by 10.71% year-on-year in April, picking up from a 9.87% annual rise recorded in March, the country’s statistical office said on Wednesday.

Serbia's central bank, NBS, said on Wednesday it has lowered its forecast for the country's economic growth for both 2026 and 2027 due to the further escalation of geopolitical tensions following the outbreak of war in the Middle East.

Kosovo's harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP) increased by an annual 7.5% in April, accelerating from 6.7% in March and 6% in February, the statistics office, ASK, said.

Croatia's industrial producer prices rose 7.0% on the year in April, following an increase of 3.2% in March, the statistical office said.

Serbia's annual consumer price inflation accelerated to 3.3% in April from 2.8% in March, driven by a spike in energy prices, the statistics office said on Tuesday.
