Rompetrol to invest 8.2 mln euro in EV charging stations network

KazMunayGas International, which operates in Romania under the Rompetrol brand, said on Monday that it will implement a project co-financed by European funds to develop electric charging stations for both light-duty vehicles (LDV) and heavy-duty vehicles (HDV) at 26 locations across Romania.

North Macedonia selects Ikarus unit for 50 mln euro e-bus deal

North Macedonia's transport ministry said it has selected Electrobus Europe Ltd, part of Hungary’s Ikarus Group, as the winning bidder in a tender for the procurement of electric buses and charging stations, a contract worth 3.1 billion denars ($59 million/50.3 million euro), excluding VAT.

Porsche sells stakes in Bugatti Rimac to HOF Capital

German automobile manufacturer Volkswagen's luxury sportscar unit Porsche has agreed to sell its equity stakes in joint venture Bugatti Rimac and in Croatian automotive technology company Rimac Group to a consortium led by HOF Capital, a New York-based investment firm, Rimac Group said on Friday.
