Al Dahra Srbija, part of the UAE-based agribusiness Al Dahra, said on Tuesday it plans to invest 20 million euro ($23.5 million) in 2026 to improve production capacities and modernise equipment and infrastructure.

Romanian agricultural group Agroland said its net profit increased by 8% year-on-year in the first three months of 2026, reaching 3.3 million lei ($743,729/631,918 euro).

Bulgarian agricultural leasing company Elana Agrocredit signed agreements to finance agricultural land purchases worth 387,404 euro ($456,002) in April, as compared to 321,134 euro reported for the same month of 2025, it said on Monday.

Romanian agricultural company Agroland Business System said it will invest around 20 million euro ($23.5 million) in a new poultry platform for table egg production in the southern town of Mihailesti, Giurgiu county.

Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz announced that it has reached an agreement in principle with chemical fertilizer producer Azomures regarding the acquisition of its operational activity through a transfer of a going concern (TOGC).
