Montenegrin explosives producer Poliex said on Wednesday its net profit jumped to 15.4 million euro ($18.0 million) in 2025 from 4.3 million euro the year before on the back of a rise in revenue.

Slovenia's top lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) said on Wednesday that its public takeover offer for Vienna-based Southeast Europe-focused Addiko Bank expires on July 22.

Montenegro's Crnogorski Telekom, part of Deutsche Telekom group, said it plans to distribute as dividend a total of 6.37 million euro ($7.47 million) from its 2025 net profit totalling 7.70 million euro.

Montenegro's revenues from games of chance increased by an annual 25% to 15.6 million euro ($18.3 million) in the first four months of 2026 thanks to strengthened control and supervision mechanisms, the government said.

French hospitality group Accor said on Tuesday it will open later this month the first hotel of its Movenpick brand in Montenegro, located in the Bay of Kotor - a popular tourist destination on the Adriatic coast.
