Montenegrin explosives producer Poliex said on Wednesday its net profit jumped to 15.4 million euro ($18.0 million) in 2025 from 4.3 million euro the year before on the back of a rise in revenue.
Slovenia's top lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) said on Wednesday that its public takeover offer for Vienna-based Southeast Europe-focused Addiko Bank expires on July 22.
Montenegro's Crnogorski Telekom, part of Deutsche Telekom group, said it plans to distribute as dividend a total of 6.37 million euro ($7.47 million) from its 2025 net profit totalling 7.70 million euro.
Montenegro's revenues from games of chance increased by an annual 25% to 15.6 million euro ($18.3 million) in the first four months of 2026 thanks to strengthened control and supervision mechanisms, the government said.
