May 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian food producer Zito said on Wednesday it has closed the acquisition of local cooking oil producer Zvijezda Plus and Slovenian trading company Zvijezda from Zagreb-based business group Fortenova for a total purchase price of 94.06 million euro ($110 million).
