May 11 (SeeNews) - Romanian power supplier and distributor Electrica said it has signed an agreement to fully acquire from its supply subsidiary Electrica Furnizare the Moldovan power supplier Electrica Furnizare Grup Chisinau for 140,426 Moldovan lei ($8,187/6,956 euro).
