April 30 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's state-run motorway operator Monteput is seeking a consultant for the design and construction of a 270 million euro ($315 million) section of the Podgorica bypass road, said the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which is financing the project.
