March 11 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin state-owned power utility firm Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) said it has hired local firm Greener to draw the main project design study for the planned 40 MW Krupac photovoltaic (PV) plant in the western municipality of Niksic.
