January 26 (SeeNews) - A consortium of Romanian engineering firm Teknosec and state-owned Regia Autonoma pentru Energia Nucleara (RATEN) has won a 5.89 million euro ($6.97 million) consultancy contract for the construction of Units 3 and 4 at the Cernavoda nuclear power plant (NPP).
